Ignite IPA was founded in 2015 by Mark Shivers, former Head of Intelligent Process Automation at BNY Mellon, where he led one of the largest and most successful RPA implementations in the United States.
The company was built to solve three persistent gaps in the consulting market: a shortage of experience-based delivery, a tendency toward long-term client dependency rather than self-sufficiency, and a narrow focus on individual tools rather than the full automation ecosystem needed to create lasting business value.
